You do not need to read for hours. Kaizen teaches: (1) read one page — tonight, before bed, one page. That is 365 pages a year — roughly two books — from an investment of three minutes per day, (2) keep the book visible — on the pillow, on the kitchen table, on the desk. The book you can see is the book you will open, and (3) don't finish books you don't enjoy — life is too short, and unfinished books are not failures. They are experiments that didn't work.
