An email is a craft object. Shokunin teaches: (1) put the most important information first — your reader should know what you need within three seconds, (2) name your attachments clearly — 'Q3_Budget_For_Review.pdf' not 'Document_v3_final_FINAL.pdf,' and (3) re-read before sending — the two minutes you spend proofing save the reader ten minutes of confusion. That is not wasted time. That is kodawari.
