You have a skill that comes easily to you — something you do well, perhaps without realising how rare it is. If you are not using it, if you have set it aside because it does not seem practical or profitable, that is mottainai. Not every talent needs to be monetised. But every talent deserves to be exercised. The thing you do well is a gift. Leaving it unused is a waste of the most personal kind.
